MARMALADE GLAZE for Smoked Ham

Category: Marinades

1 (13 oz) jar orange marmalade
1/4 cup stone-ground mustard
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme

Combine ingredients and spoon glaze over ham and bake, basting ever 15 minutes until ham is done. Let stand about 15 minutes before slices. Enough for a 10 lb ham.
