S MORES COOKIES

3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
2 chocolate bars, broken into pieces (I used 2 pkg of mini bars and just broke the small squares up)

Beat together the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Sir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by heaping tbspfuls onto greased cookie sheet, about 3 inches apart. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.

Remove and quickly press marshmallows and chocolate into cookies. Return to oven and cook until done, about 3 more minutes.
