Shelly's Recipe

ITALIAN NACHOS

1 (10 oz) jar four cheese or Alfredo sauce, warmed
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
White corn tortilla chips
4 oz hot Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1 (2 1/4 oz) can pitted ripe olive slices

Preheat oven to 400. Combine cheese sauce and red pepper in a small bowl. Spread half of tortilla chips on ovenproof platter; top with half cheese sauce, half sausage and half cheese. Repeat with remaining chips, cheese sauce, sausage and cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Tope with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately. Serves 8
