HONEY BUN CAKE

1 pkg yellow cake mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

Frosting:
2 cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 325. Butter a 13x9 inch pan.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream. Stir by hand, approximately 50 strokes or until all large lumps are gone. Pour 1/2 batter into pan.

Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Spoon other half of batter over cinnamon sugar. Swirl cake with a knife so it looks like a honey bun. Bake for about 40 minutes. Frost while cake is hot.

Frosting: Whisk powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth.
