BAKED CHEESE WEDGES

1 (10 oz) pkg extra sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 egg, beaten
Marinara or pizza sauce, warmed

Heat broiler. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Cut cheese into 1/2 inch slices, cut slices diagonally in half. Mix bread crumbs and red pepper. Dip cheese in egg and then coat with crumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Broil 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm with sauce.
