ASPARAGUS SALAD

1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
1 lemon
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp chopped tarragon and honey
2 oz feta cheese
1 oz thin sliced prosciutto
Salt & pepper to taste

Trim tough bottoms from asparagus. Grill asparagus for four minutes on all sides and place on serving platter. In a bowl mix together lemon juice, olive oil, tarragon, honey and salt & pepper. Crumble feta on asparagus. Add the prosciutto and then drizzle vinaigrette on both.
