2 (3 oz) pkg dream cheese, softened
2 tbsp apricot preserves
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
3 (15 1/4 oz) cans peach halves, drained
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and preserves until blended. Stir in pineapple. Place peaches cut side up on a lettuce-lined platter and fill with cream cheese mixture. Serves 15
