2 pints strawberries with stems
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
Wash and dry berries. Set aside.
Spoon sour cream and brown sugar into separate small bowl. Place bowls on a large serving platter.
Use a fork to fluff sugar. Add strawberries around bowls. Diner fir dip berries in sour, then brown sugar.
