1 cup corn oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed oregano leaves
1/4 tsp crushed chili pepper
1 clove garlic
Combine all ingredients in a 2 cup jar. Cover and shake well. Chill several hours. Remove garlic and shake again before serving.
