FRESH HERB VINAIGRETTE

Category: Salad Dressing

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp sugar or sweetener
1 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves and salt
1 tsp dried oregano and basil leaves
1/4 tsp pepper

Whisk ingredients together and let sit at room temperature about 30 minutes then whisk again just before serving.
