1 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 cup green onions, chopped (or just a few for flavor)
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
Red raspberry preserves
Combine cheese, green onions, pecans and mayo. Mix well and let stand in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Form on a serving plate. Spread preserves over the top. Serve with crisp wheat crackers. Makes 3 cups.
