WALDORF SALAD I

Category: Fruit Salads

1 (8 oz) carton vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp orange juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
Dash ground red pepper and cinnamon
1 each red and green apple, cored and chopped
1/2 cup each red seedless grape halves, raisins and sliced celery
Garnish: 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Combine ingredients together and toss gently. Garnish with pecans. Serves 4-6.
