1/2 cup sopresado or pepperoni
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, cut very small and dry out the water
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp pepper
Salt
1 frozen uncooked pie crust
Preheat oven to 375. Mix together ingredients and place into prepared thawed pie crust. Bake for 40 minutes.
