ROASTED GARLIC MAYONNAISE

Pour 1/4 cup mayonnaise into a small bowl. Squeeze 3 cloves roasted garlic through a garlic press directly into the bowl. Stir well to blend. Serve at once or refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve. Makes about 1/4 cup.
