ALL PURPOSE MARINADE for Beef, Pork, Chicken, or Game

Marinade
3 cups dry white wine
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate the meat for 3 to 6 hours, then use the marinade as a basting sauce as the meat cooks on the grill.
