24 small red potatoes
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/4 cup garlic, minced
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream or 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream, slightly heated
1/4 cup wasabi powder or fresh radish
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
Kosher salt and pepper

Topping: 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese, mixed together

Boil potatoes until tender. While potatoes are cooking, caramelize the onions and garlic. After mixture is done, combine all ingredients in except the cream and then slowly pour in the cream and whip together. Taste for additional seasoning. (Up to this point, they are good just as mashed potatoes.)

Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs mixture. Bake at 300, about 35 minutes.
