TORTELLINI BOLOGNAISE

1 tbsp garlic butter
1 (10 oz) bag frozen seasoning blend
1 tsp roasted garlic
8 oz Italian sausage links
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup red wine
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp allspice
2 tsp beef base
1 (14 oz) jar pizza sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
2 (9 oz) pkg refrigerated portabello mushroom tortellini
Preheat saute pan on medium high for 2-3 minutes. Place butter in saute pan and swirl to coat. Add seasoning blend and garlic. Stir; cover, and saute for 2 minutes. Remove cover and saute for 1 minute.
Remove casing from sausage and add to saute pan. Cover, and cook for 5 minutes; stirring frequently until brown, breaking meat up as it cooks.
Fill saucepan 3/4 full of hot tap water, cover and place on high heat to boil for pasta. Drain meat mixture and return to saute pan.
Stir into meat mixture: wine, rosemary, basil, cumin, allspice, beef base, pizza sauce, salt and pepper. Stir, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Check pasta water for boil. When boiling, remove lid and add pasta; cook for 5 minutes. Drain pasta and serve with sauce. Serves 4
