MUDSLIDE BROWNIES

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup chocolate chips
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tbsp coffee liqueur
2 tbsp Irish Creme liqueur
1 tbsp vodka
3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Kahlua glaze
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp. coffee liqueur

Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl, stir flour, baking powder and salt with a whisk until well blended and aerated. In a small saucepan, combine butter and chocolate chips; melt over low heat. Set aside.

To the flour mixture, add eggs, sugar, coffee liqueur, Irish Creme liqueur, vodka and the slightly cooled chocolate/butter. Mix well. Fold in nuts. Pour batter into a greased 13x9-inch pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool in pan.

Spread with kahlua glaze. Decorate with pecan halves or whole coffee beans, if desired. Cut into squares.
