PORK SAUSAGE HOT DISH

2 lb pork sausage
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz noodles, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
2 tbsp pimento
4 tbsp chopped green pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp sage
3 cups soft bread cubes
4 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350. Brown first 3 ingredients together. Heat soup and milk together and mix remaining ingredients except bread cubes and butter. Place into a 13x9 inch baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Toss bread with butter. Uncover pan and place buttered cubes on top. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes or until browned.
