PORK MARENGO - Crock Pot

2 lb boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp oil
1 (16 oz) can tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp chicken bouillon, dried, crushed marjoram and salt
1/2 tsp dried thyme, crushed
Dash pepper
1 (4 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/3 cup water
3 tbsp flour
Hot cooked rice

Brown half of pork and onions in oil; then place in crock pot. Combine in the same skillet, next 6 ingredients. Stir together, scraping browned bits from bottom of skillet. Pour over pork. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. Turn to high and stir in mushrooms. Blend water slowly into flour; stir into pork mixture. Cook, uncovered, on high until thickened, 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
