1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp minced shallots
2 tsp capers
1/2 tsp dried tarragon
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Mix all of the ingredients together. Makes about 3/4 cup
