SHRIMP ARTICHOKE SPREAD

1/2 lb shrimp, cooked
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
1/8 tsp salt
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Melba toast or assorted crackers

In medium bowl, combine shrimp and artichoke hearts; chop finely. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, salt and cayenne pepper; mix well. Place mixture in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with Melba toast or crackers. Makes about 3 cups.
