ORANGE SOUR CREAM POPPY SEED CAKE

Cake
2 cups flour
1 tbsp poppy seed and baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder and salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
2 tsp freshly grated orange peel
1/3 cup orange juice

Glaze
6 tbsp confectioners sugar
1 tbsp orange juice

Preheat oven to 350. Stir together flour, poppy seed, baking soda, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; set aside.

Combine sugar and butter in large bowl and beat, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add sour cream, egg and orange peel. Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Reduce speed to low.

Beat, gradually adding flour mixture alternately with orange juice and scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Spread into greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Meanwhile, stir together glaze in small bowl; drizzle over warm cake. Serve warm or cool.
