CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES

1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar and packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 tsp baking soda and baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
3 toffee bars, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350. Blend oatmeal in a food processor to a fine powder. Combine dry with dry ingredients; set aside. Cream together first 3 ingredients. Add eg
gs and vanilla; mix well. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add chocolate, toffee and pecans; stir until just combined. Roll into balls, about the size of a walnut and place 2 inch apart on an ungreased cooking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
