PHYLLO CRAB SHELLS

Category: Seafood

1/2 lb crab meat
1/4 cup sour cream and mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp fresh chopped chives
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
2 (2.1 oz) pkg frozen miniature phyllo shells, thawed
6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Drain and flake crabmeat, removing any bits of shell. Combine with sour cream and next 4 ingredients. Cover and chill. To serve, spoon mixture into phyllo shells. Top with crumbled bacon. Serve immediately.
