PORK CHOPS DINNER 1 - Crock Pot

1 1/2 cups small bite-size pieces of carrots and potatoes
1 cup small bite-size pieces of onion and parsnip
6-8 pork loin chops
1 tsp liquid gravy browner
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water

Layer in crock pot the vegetables as listed. Brush both sides of chops with gravy browner and put in crock pot. Stir soup and water together and pour over all. Cook, covered, on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
