SHRIMP CRAB AND ARTICHOKE SALAD

6 large shrimp: cleaned & deveined, tail left on
1/2 cup artichoke quarters, from can
3 oz crab meat
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp diced red bell pepper
1 tsp fresh capers
1 tbsp julienne red onion
1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
1 tbsp spoon olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp fresh garlic, chopped

Place large saute pan on high heat, add olive oil and then the shrimp, add garlic, Cook 2 minutes on each side. Mix in large mixing bowl the rest of the above ingredients.

Mix well, place in the center of plate, arrange shrimp around the salad, garnish with micro greens and lemon zest.
