ROAST BEEF ROLL-UPS

4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley or cilantro
2 tbsp minced banana peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 lb thinly sliced cooked roast beef

In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and spread on each slice of beef. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
