SHRIMP PARMESAN

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups dry white wine
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika

Heat wine in a large pot with salt and pepper. Add thawed shrimp and poach for 4-5 minutes, until shrimp turn pink and float. Remove from pot and coat with melted butter. Dredge in grated cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
