MOCHA MENTHE MOUSSE

1 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp instant coffee granules and crème de menthe
1/8 tsp mint extract
1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
Garnish, cocoa

Process first 4 ingredients in a blended about 2 minutes or until thickened. Pour into a bowl, gently fold in 1 1/4 cups whipped topping. Spoon into 4 individual dessert dishes; chill. Top with remaining 1/4 cup whipped topping and garnish. Serves 4
