GARLIC AND WINE GRILLED CHICKEN

3/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup melted butter and minced parsley
6 clove garlic, minced
4 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper and paprika
4 lb chicken pieces

Stir together first 9 ingredients and reserve 1/2 cup. Pour remaining mixture into a resealable bag and add chicken. Seal and chill 4 hours, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.

Prepare grill by piling charcoal on 1 side of grill, leaving the other side empty. Place rack on grill. Arrange chicken over side of charcoal and grill, covered with grill lid, 45 minutes, turning 3 times and basting often with reserved wine mixture. Serves 4
