HONEY GLAZED CHICKEN

1/4 cup honey
1 tsp grated orange peel
2 tbsp orange juice
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 (21/2 to 3-lb broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
For sauce, mix honey, orange peel, orange juice, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Grill chicken, skin side up, on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Turn chicken over after half of grilling time. Brush often with sauce during last 10 minutes. Bring remaining sauce to a boil; serve with chicken. Serves 4
