SOUTHWESTERN SALAD WITH ORANGE DRESSING

Dressing:
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup cider vinegar
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt

Salad:
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed, drained
1/2 lb (1 inch thick) sliced Muenster cheese, cubed 1/2 inch
1/2 lb (1/2 inch thick) sliced turkey breast, cubed 1/2 inch
1 large (1 cup) green bell pepper, chopped
1 large (1 cup) tomato, chopped
1 (10 oz) bag mixed salad greens

Dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.

Combine red onion, black beans, cheese, turkey, green pepper and tomato in large bowl. Add 3 tbsp dressing; toss to coat. Divide salad greens evenly among eight plates. Top each with 3/4 cup black bean mixture. Serve with additional dressing. Serves 8
