MEXICAN CASSEROLE - Easy

Drain each can:
Kidney beans
Corn
Sliced black olives
Small can jalapeno peppers

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped onion and celery
3 cups cooked rice
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheese
1 lb browned ground beef or sausage

Saute onions in a small amount of oil; add chopped vegetables and seasonings. Add all other ingredients except cheese and mix. Put in a shallow dish; top with cheese and bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
