BOURBON CHICKEN II

Category: Poultry I

1-1⁄2 lbs chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
Marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce, red wine vinegar, olive oil and Dijon mustard
1 cup each bourbon whiskey and ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
Sea salt and pepper

Combine ingredients for marinade. Place 3/4ths of the marinade in a zip-lock baggie and add chicken; refrigerate for minimum 2 hours to over night. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard marinade. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Grill uncovered for 15-20 minutes, basting with reserved marinade.
