MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS

1 1/2 cups salad oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup lemon juice
5 lbs chicken wings
Mix first nine ingredients together well. Pour over chicken in a shallow plastic dish with a good sealing lid.
Place in refrigerator for at least 24 hours, turning entire container over occasionally so that the chicken is marinated thoroughly. If baking, place Chicken on lightly oiled cooking sheet. Bake at 350 or grill for 35 to 45 minutes. Turn chicken over midway through cooking.
NOTE: Marinade can be made ahead and stored for 3 t o4 weeks. discard used marininade.
