CREAMY CHICKEN ZITI AND BROCCOLI

1 lb box ziti, cooked al dente
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 (20 oz) bag frozen broccoli pieces
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup Romano cheese, grated
1 pint heavy and light creams
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375. In a skillet, heat some olive oil and brown chicken until moist and no pink remains inside. Do not overcook chicken.
Place cooked chicken, broccoli and ziti together in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cheeses over mixture and pour creams over everything. Mix together and cover pan loosely with foil to prevent top of mixture from browning or the exposed ziti from hardening. Bake for 20 minutes or until cream has thickened and is bubbly.
