CARIBBEAN CHICKEN BREAST

1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp paprika and honey
1 tsp grated lemon peel, garlic salt, ginger and dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/2lbs)
In a shallow baking dish combine marinade ingredient; stir well. Add chicken. Turn to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 4 hours, turning occasionally. Heat broiler or prepare grill. Remove chicken from lemon juice mixture. Grill 6-7 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serves 6
