1 lb stew meat
6 cups water
1 (28 oz) can tomatoes with liquid, cut up
1 beef bouillon cube
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp minced dried parsley
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp ground thyme
1/2 tsp pepper
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
2 cups finely chopped cabbage
1 (16 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 cup uncooked small macaroni
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
In a crock pot, combine ingredients up to pepper. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or until meat is tender. Add remaining ingredients, cook on high, covered, 30-45 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
