SAVORY EDAM CHEESE

2 (7 oz) pkg edam cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 tsp caraway seed and dry mustard
1/4 tsp celery salt
Crackers
Remove red wax top covering on cheese and carefully scoop out cheese, keeping shell intact. Mix cheese with remaining ingredients in food processor. Fill each cheese shell with mixture, mounding high. To retain moisture prior to serving, replace sliced circle on top. Serve with crackers. Note: Keep covered in refrigerator up to 2 weeks before serving.
