GEORGIAN MEATLOAF

2 lb ground beef
1 lb pork sausage
1 1/2 cup finely crushed Italian croutons or 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs and 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
2 eggs
2 tbsp A-1 steak sauce
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 tsp garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, Italian salad dressing, all-purpose seasoning and oregano
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup molasses and ketchup

Preheat oven to 350. Combine beef and croutons. Mix in remaining ingredients except molasses and ketchup. Form into a loaf and place in a pan.

Combine molasses and ketchup and heat in the microwave. Poke holes in the meat loaf and pour glaze over beef. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes. Cover and bake 25-30 minutes.
