COWBOY STEAK AND POTATOES

Marinade
2 tbsp blue cheese
1 large clove garlic, chopped fine
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
1 heaping tbsp powdered instant coffee
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 lbs top sirloin, 2 inch thick

Baked potatoes

Prepare marinade until smooth. Pour over steak and rub into the surface. Marinade the steaks several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Broil steak 6 inch from heat.
