HOT CHEESE AND BACON DIP - Crock pot

16 slices bacon, diced
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup half-and-half
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried minced onions
1/2 tsp powdered mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 drops hot pepper sauce
Brown bacon and drain; set aside. Combine cream cheese and remaining ingredients except bacon and place in a crock pot. Cook on LOW to allow cheese to melt; stirring occasionally, about 1 hour. Taste and adjust seasonings. Stir in bacon just before serving. Serve with apple or pear slices with French bread slices.
