HEATH BRUNCH COFFEE CAKE

1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
1 cup packed brown sugar and sugar
1 tsp cinnamon and baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
2 Heath Bars (frozen)
1/4 cup pecans
6 Heath Bars (frozen)

Blend flour, both sugars, butter and cinnamon. Reserve 1/2 cup. To remaining, add buttermilk, soda, egg and vanilla. Blend well. Fold in 2 finely chopped heath bars. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
Topping: Place Heath Bars and pecans in a Ziploc bag and crush with mallet or anything handy. Sprinkle over top of batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 30 minutes. Good served with cocoa-flavored whipped cream or coffee ice cream.
