SHRIMP AND FLOUNDER CASSEROLE

4 large flounder filets
16 medium raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/2 pkg chopped mushrooms
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seafood seasoning
1 cups milk
3 tsp lemon juice
Paprika and parsley, garnish

In a casserole, arrange fish and top with shrimp. Saute mushrooms in butter and add flour and seasonings. Cook the flour for a few minutes and add milk. Stir until thickened and whisk in lemon juice. Pour white sauce over fish and sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Cover and bake at 425 for about 40 minutes.
