SHRIMP AND CRAB PASTA SALAD

Salad:
1/2 lb Rotini pasta
8 oz frozen shelled, deveined cooked small shrimp
1 EACH red, yellow and green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp chopped chives
1/2 tsp EACH salt, pepper and garlic powder
16 oz cooked crab claw meat
Dressing:
11/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp celery seeds
Dash garlic salt
Cook past until al dente; drain and place in a large bowl. Add remaining salad ingredients except crabmeat, stir to combine. In another bowl, combine dressing ingredients and add to salad. Toss to combine. Add crabmeat; stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Serves 8
