CREAM CHEESE BEEF CASSEROLE

2 1/2 lb hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, hopped
1 (4 oz) can green chilies, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 tbsp butter
2 can refried beans
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 lb shredded cheese, any flavor
1 pkg tortillas

Saute onion and celery in butter. Cook the hamburger half way and drain the juice. Add sauteed vegetables to browned beef. Add the taco seasoning and green chilies.

Combine the cream cheese with the shredded cheese. Using a 13x9 inch baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray, place two tortillas to cover the bottom.

Now use half the beans to spread over the bottom tortillas; then the hamburger mixture over the beans. Spread half the cheese on top. Repeat to make layers. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until the cheese on top is melted.
