HERB CHICKEN AND TORTELLINI

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch strips
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 small red pepper, cut into strips
1 (9 oz) pkg fresh spinach tortellini, prepared according to pkg instructions
Garnish: Fresh basil leaves
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup toasted chopped walnuts
Mix together in a bowl first 5 ingredients; set aside. In a fry pan, place oil and heat. Add chicken and saute about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and pepper strips. Saute, stirring, 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream mixture and heat thoroughly, about 2 minutes. Place cooked tortellini on serving dish and top with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with garnishes. Serves 4
