FRUITY STREUSEL TOPPED COFFEE CAKE

1 (16 oz) loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup half-and-half
4 cups thinly sliced and peeled apples, sliced strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar and butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 17x12 inch rectangle. Fit into the bottom and up sides of a greased jelly-roll pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place until nearly doubled (30-40 minutes.
In a small bowl, stir together next 3 ingredients. Arrange fruit on dough in pan. Spoon egg mixture over fruit.
In a medium bowl, stir together the next 3 ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Serves 12
