TACOS IN PASTA SHELLS

1 1/4 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
3 oz pkg cream cheese with chives, cubed and softened
1 tsp salt and chili powder
18 uncooked jumbo pasta shells, cooked al dente, drained
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup prepared taco sauce
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese or Monterrey jack or a combination of both
1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips
1 cup sour cream
3 green onions, chopped
To drained meat, add cream cheese and add salt and chili powder; simmer for 5 minute.s
Toss shells with butter; fill with beef mixture. Arrange shells in a buttered 13x9 inch baking pan. Pour taco sauce over shells. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Uncover; top with cheese and chips. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Top with sour cream and onions.
